AI on chaotic processes delivers nothing. If your data lives in three systems and five spreadsheets, a language model will not give you better decisions — just faster wrong ones. Before we talk about AI, we look at what it is supposed to sit on.
"Will I be replaced? Are we losing control?" Almost nobody asks these questions out loud, yet they decide whether a project is carried or quietly undermined. I take them seriously rather than facilitating them away. A tool nobody wants to use is not a tool.
My advisory is a fit if these sentences make you nod. If they do not, I will tell you so in the first call — and point you to someone else.
Three formats. All of them start with me listening and looking at your systems — not with me recommending a tool.
I look at how you work today: processes, systems, data, team. You end up with an honest map — which three use cases pay off, roughly what they cost, what you need for them, and which five ideas you should drop.
Outcome: prioritised use cases with effort, benefit and sequence.
Once it is clear what gets built, I stay with the implementation. I help shape the architecture, review the decisions your team or your vendor makes, and speak up early when something drifts. I know the difference between a prototype and a system that runs for three years.
Outcome: a solution in production that your own team can keep running.
Regular sessions where you think decisions through with someone who understands the technology and has no product to sell. I bring the whole leadership team along, from the CEO to the head of IT. Make-or-buy, vendor selection, data protection, what you can reasonably ask of your team and what you cannot.
Outcome: you make technical decisions with the same confidence as commercial ones.

One day rate. No tiers, no volume discounts. The first call is free and takes 30 minutes. If I come away from it believing you do not need me, I will say so.
