Once it is clear what gets built, I stay with the implementation. I help shape the architecture, review the decisions your team or your vendor makes, and speak up early when something drifts. I know the difference between a prototype and a system that runs for three years.
Outcome: a solution in production that your own team can keep running.
Regular sessions where you think decisions through with someone who understands the technology and has no product to sell. Make-or-buy, vendor selection, data protection, pace. You decide faster because you no longer have to guess.
Outcome: you make technical decisions with the same confidence as commercial ones.

One day rate. No tiers, no volume discounts. The first call is free and takes 30 minutes. If I come away from it believing you do not need me, I will say so.
